RW Projects were asked to make an existing outbuilding more habitable for Service Users. We inherited a single skin brick structure with corrugated plastic roof. The existing roof was leaking and needed repairing. After repair, the ceiling and walls were insulated and drylined. Part of the renovation was to ensure the room could be used all year round, this meant the installation of new convector heaters. The room was finished in the client’s choice of wall colour and flooring
