Rob was the original founder of RW Projects back in 2012
After many years of contracting in the construction industry, Rob decided to set up a company that could offer Clients and business’s a good affordable and reliable professional service.
After 3 successful years which saw a reputation growth and an expanding client list, Rob decided to introduce a new structure with Director Niel Hale coming on board.
Rob now carries out the day to day roll of commercial and finances, making sure all projects have value to the client and are commercially viable
Niel joined as Director in June 2015 to assist in introducing new procedures to ensure stability in the company.
Niel has over 13 years’ experience working in the housing sector and commercial sector. Niel being a Director, controls the Operational elements of the business, overseeing the projects whilst using his team to perform for the clients. Always looking at the best for Quality, keeping to programmes and never compromising on standards.
With the company growing year on year, Niel brings the required elements that are needed for the growth with experience and general knowledge of the construction industry.
Mike joined RW Projects in November 2020 to take control of the ever growing larger projects.
Mike has a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry and is well recognised.
Having the experience and the knowledge, Mike has been tasked to deliver the larger scale works.
We believe with Mike on board, we can offer a great service in an ever growing company with great Clients.
Ross joined RW Projects in October 2018 to assist in working on the operations of contracts and projects.
As RW Projects grow as a business, it is needed for more assistance to keep the delivery up for the clients, and this is where RW Projects thought Ross would shine.
Ross has made this position his own. With a team of operatives that Ross is responsible for, every day becomes a new challenge, and as expected Ross never disappoints.
Helen has been employed by RW Projects since Oct 2015.
With the knowledge Helen has with Sage, general book keeping and finances, Helen was naturally the perfect person to be offered the role of Financial Controller. Helen has now become a pivotal part of the RW Projects team.
Helen has the responsibility of the quarterly accounts, day to day running of accounts and general enquiries. With a great knowledge of finances, Helen now controls the commercial element of the company.
Shaun joined RW Projects in September 2020 to help with the day to day elements of the company.
Shaun spear is a recognised RICS member with a wealth of experience in the construction industry.
Shaun carry’s out the task of the Risk assessments and the method statements for all works, and also the O and M Manuals.
Shaun has bought a great ethic to the TEAM with his knowledge and skill set.
Carrie has been employed by RW Projects since May 2013.
Carrie has always carried out the administration role for the business, with new training in sage and a good understanding of scheduling the day to day of the Operatives, Carrie moulds the team well.
Carrie works day to day on the job management system and taking enquiries from Clients and all other enquiries.
